IT Service & Contract Management Analyst (Ref 2026-138)

Location: NIHE, 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8PB

The IT Service & Contract Management Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for dealing with a range of issues for internal customers across the organisation, including Incident and Service Request Management, Change and Problem Management, Contract Management, Asset Management, Cyber Security, Communications and IP Telephony Infrastructure Support. This will also involve liaising closely with a number of IT Service providers.

The current salary for this post is £32,597 - £36,363 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
