| Description: | Job Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Leatherhead Salary: £28,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Management Analyst to support the effective management, accuracy, and integrity of data across our business systems and processes. The role will work across meter data, billing, market systems, CRM, reporting, and financial processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining data, identifying discrepancies, supporting the resolution of queries, and ensuring information is accurate and managed in line with business processes. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has a methodical approach, and is looking to develop their analytical and data management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Skills & Experience: Essential;
Desirable; - Previous experience working with data, finance, administration, billing, or business operations. - Experience using Excel to manage or analyse information. - Familiarity with CRM, billing, or other business systems. - Experience working with reports or reconciliations. - Exposure to utility, meter, or market data. Personal Attributes: - Detail-oriented: takes pride in producing accurate and reliable work. - Analytical: enjoys looking into information and understanding why discrepancies occur. - Organised: able to manage multiple tasks and keep information up to date. - Proactive: willing to raise questions or issues when something does not look right. - Self-motivated: able to work effectively and maintain productivity when in a remote environment. - Collaborative: communicates well with colleagues and is comfortable asking for information or support when needed. - Adaptable: able to learn new systems and processes and respond to changing business requirements. - Keen to develop: interested in building knowledge and experience across data management, finance, billing, and business systems. Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid role, with employees able to work from home for up to two days per week and attend our Head Office in Leatherhead for the remaining working days, subject to business requirements. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, maintaining effective communication with colleagues across the business. You will be expected to manage your workload efficiently, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism, with support and guidance available when required.
