We're looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation programme and play a pivotal role in the design, configuration and delivery of finance solutions within a complex IFS environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance systems professional who combines strong functional expertise with a passion for improving business processes and delivering real value to stakeholders.

The Role:

You'll work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement robust finance solutions across the IFS platform, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective and scalable system capabilities.

• Leading finance design workshops and gathering business requirements
• Configuring and optimising IFS Finance modules
• Supporting end-to-end finance processes including:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• Project Finance
• Revenue Recognition
• Inventory Costing
• Producing functional specifications and supporting solution design
• Managing testing activities, defect resolution and user acceptance testing
• Supporting reporting, integrations and data migration activities
• Providing guidance to stakeholders and helping drive successful adoption of new processes and systems

Skills & experience:

• Proven experience delivering finance-focused IFS projects
• Strong hands-on configuration experience within IFS Finance
• Excellent understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting requirements
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business users
• Experience working across full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Finance transformation programmes
• ERP implementation or upgrade projects
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Integration design and data migration
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
