| Description: | About BookTrust BookTrust is the UK's largest children's reading charity. Our work is rooted in the belief that every child, especially those from low-income or vulnerable family backgrounds, deserves the chance to enjoy reading and all the lifelong benefits it brings. Reading is for all children. Our work focuses on children and families in greater need of our support. Reading can help children overcome inequalities before they deepen, giving them the best start in life. Our work is deeply woven into the wider support system for children and families, enabling our partners to integrate reading support into their services. Together, we respond to local needs and reach families wherever they are, especially in communities where our support can make the greatestdifference.
How to Apply Please complete the application form, along with a copy of your CV and covering letter, highlighting your experience and suitability for the role. In your covering letter, please also answer the following question: Tell us about a time when you used evidence, insight or user feedback to challenge assumptions and improve a digital experience. What happened and what did you learn? Please ensure your covering letter is no longer than 2 pages of A4, including your answer to the above question. About the Role We're looking for a Digital Content Designer to help shape and improve the digital experience for partners, supporters and families who engage with BookTrust online. You'll champion content design principles, ensuring that our digital content is accessible, inclusive and genuinely useful for our audiences.
