| Description: | IT & Systems Technician Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys variety, autonomy and taking ownership? This is an exciting opportunity to become the go-to IT specialist for an established, creative business, supporting a team of approximately 50 employees. Working as the sole internal IT professional, you ll be responsible for keeping systems secure, technology running smoothly and colleagues supported across the business. The Role
You ll have proven experience in IT support or systems administration, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and a good understanding of networking, cybersecurity and endpoint management. Experience with Google Workspace, Windows and macOS is important, while knowledge of TP-Link Omada, DrayTek, Zoom and VoIP systems would be advantageous. You ll be proactive, organised and confident troubleshooting independently, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing great support to non-technical users.
