Description: Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HaloITSM Consultant / Engineer to join a team delivering HaloITSM implementations across a range of clients.

This is a hands-on role focused on the design, configuration, implementation and adoption of HaloITSM solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to training and successful deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end HaloITSM implementation projects.
  • Lead HaloITSM onboarding, migration and service transition projects.
  • Gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Design, configure and build HaloITSM workspaces, workflows and service management processes.
  • Deliver customer demos, workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide coaching and support to both client and internal teams.
  • Drive platform adoption and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HaloITSM best practices.

Essential Experience

  • 4 years' hands-on HaloITSM experience.
  • 2 years' experience delivering HaloITSM implementations.
  • Experience delivering HaloITSM onboarding, migration and service transition projects.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and defining project scope.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and service management best practice.
  • Previous experience as a Senior HaloITSM Engineer, Consultant or similar.
  • Willingness to train and mentor team members.
  • HaloITSM certifications and relevant qualifications are desirable.
