Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow TPRM Technical Architect to support a financial services client in the US.

Remote, Must be comfortable working US (West Coast) Business Hours.

This role will focus on the design and implementation of ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective risk and compliance processes. You'll play a key role in translating requirements into scalable solutions and providing guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the solution design and technical architecture for ServiceNow TPRM initiatives.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops with business, risk and technical stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain architecture and solution design documentation.
  • Advise on platform best practices, governance and future-state capabilities.
  • Support delivery teams during build, testing and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Essential Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow TPRM, IRM, VRM or GRC solutions.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk, vendor governance and compliance processes.
  • Experience designing complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience operating at Technical Architect or Lead Consultant level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Previous experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
