Data Engineer

Data Engineer - West Midlands - Hybrid - Up to £45,000

The Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to help develop and maintain the data infrastructure that supports well-informed business decisions. Working in a small, cross-functional technology team and reporting to the Head of IT, you will look after existing data pipelines and models, making sure business-critical data is accurate, well documented and accessible to the people who need it. You will work closely with teams across the business, from sales and marketing to operations, to answer data questions, improve reporting and maintain data quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Strong SQL skills.
• Confident, professional use of Git.
• Experience with dbt or a similar transformation tool.
• Experience using Python for scripting.
• Proven experience working with cloud data warehouses.
