A prestigious international law firm is looking to appoint a Legal Project Management Analyst to join its London-based team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to complex legal matters while developing expertise in project management, financial analysis, legal operations, and emerging technologies.

Working closely with lawyers, finance professionals, pricing specialists and business services teams, you will play a key role in improving the delivery, efficiency and profitability of legal matters across a global practice.

The Opportunity

You will support the planning, monitoring and execution of high-profile legal engagements, helping legal teams manage budgets, timelines, resources and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist legal teams in preparing proposals and fee estimates for prospective client engagements.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support pricing strategies and alternative fee arrangements.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
• Support innovation initiatives, including the use of AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and client service delivery.

About You

• Degree educated or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Interest in project management, legal operations, finance, business analytics or professional services.
