To provide IT support to the relevant users in compliance with data protection, data security and Group policies and procedures.

• Provides technical support to users via email, phone and Help-Desk portal
• Manages the workstations and the necessary hardware peripherals
• Monitors hardware functionality and takes action where necessary
• Manages software installation and set up on computers according to the specifications given
• Trains end users on how to use new software and IT equipment
• Organises and schedules updates and maintenance with users
• Maintains repair and correction records
• Identifies and suggests possible improvements to procedures
• Acts in compliance with Data Protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies
• Promotes a corporate culture based on safety
• Applies Corporate Principles and Values
