Job Title: Lead Scrum Master

Contract Length: 12 Months
Working Pattern: Full Time (40 Hours per Week)
Rate: Circa 600/Day

To shine in this role, you should have:

Expertise:

- Profound knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
- Certification as a Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master.

- Previous experience in the financial sector is essential.

- A proven track record in navigating roadblocks and advocating for your team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
