Week 1 = 6am - 2pm

Week 2 = 2pm - 10pm

Responsibilities

- ERP systems including other IT applications supporting the business.

- Lead the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are completed on time, scope, and budget.

- Evaluate current business processes and identify continuous improvement.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues quickly and effectively.

- Gather stakeholder requirements and document business requirements.

- Training and mentoring business application users.

- Creating, reviewing and maintaining Functional and Business Requirement Documents (FRD & BRD)

- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Work cohesively with all departments and stakeholders internally.

- Introducing change configuration within the business applications or business process.

- Preparation of business cases for application improvements.

- Create self-learning and attend internal training courses.

- Creating problem reviews of root cause analysis and introducing permanent fixes

- Willingness to learn new innovative technologies and tools.

Essential and Desirable Skills:

- Good analytical skills.

- Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is desireable
