Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 Basic Salary

We're working with a respected fire and security company that's built a strong reputation throughout the South West. They're expanding their presence in Bristol and need a Fire & Security Engineer who's hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to make their mark.

You'll be working across a variety of sites - from commercial offices to high-end residential - with the freedom to manage your day and the backing of a supportive team. • Install, service, and maintain fire and security systems: Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms

• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and professionally

• Work directly with clients, offering expert advice and tailored solutions

• Deliver a high level of customer service and build lasting relationships

• Stay current with tech and compliance through ongoing training

• Experience across both fire and security systems

• Confident with installations, servicing, and fault-finding

• Problem-solver who works well under pressure

• Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking with clients on-site

• Full UK driving licence

• Based in or around Bristol, with a willingness to cover the local area
