Our London based Financial Services client is seeking a Senior (and qualified) Business Analyst to work on a transformation project.

You will work closely with agile teams on the creation and refinement of requirements and user stories including scoring for prioritisation and leading on testing and quality checks.

Previous experience within Financial Services / Retail Banking is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous relevant business analytical work experience working on transformation projects within Financial Services
• Certified Business Analyst (ie BCS/ISEB)
• Experience of Process Mapping / AS-IS TO- BE / TOM / Documenting Standards
• Advanced data analysis and expertise - Requirements elicitation / documentation and validation / process modelling / Gap analysis and impact assessments
• Governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Senior stakeholder management

Location: London
Hybrid: 2 office days / 3 days WFH
Permanent / Full Time
Salary: 64k plus great benefits package
