Important RequirementYou must hold an active and in date ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certificate to be considered for this role. Applications without a current CSA Certificate cannot be progressed.
Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to contribute to ongoing platform development, automation and improvement activity across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows and automation to support IT service management and wider business processes
Maintain, improve and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, integrations and platform capabilities
Develop and maintain custom UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer automation
Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate these into robust and scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects and issues relating to platform functionality and integrations
Manage platform upgrades, patching, testing and release cycles to ensure stability and compliance
Maintain platform security, data integrity and governance
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred
