• Define and lead the group-wide application strategy and roadmap.
• Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Oversee core broking systems (policy admin, claims, CRM).
• Lead integration and customer portal initiatives.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to manage demand and prioritise delivery.
• Drive Legacy system replacement and digital transformation.
• Champion SDLC and DevOps best practices.
• Build and lead a high-performing applications team.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
