IT Technician - Secondary School (Full-Time)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support across the school

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

• Support the maintenance and upgrading of school IT systems

• Assist with classroom technology, ensuring devices and equipment are always ready for use

• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and improvements

About You:

• Strong interest in IT and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently

• Experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial but not essential
