Sharepoint Trainer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a SharePoint Trainer to deliver technical training to designated Site Owners across the organisation. The trainer will play a key role in equipping Site Owners with the knowledge and skills required to manage their responsibilities effectively within SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions (onsite and virtual) to Site Owners on SharePoint functionality and governance.
• Support the rollout of responsibilities for Site Owners across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and reference documentation.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure understanding.
• Offer post-training support and respond to queries related to SharePoint usage and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering SharePoint training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, site administration, and governance principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
