SaaS Implementation Consultant (Outside IR35) Start up Environments.
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
About the Role We re looking for an experienced SaaS Implementation Consultant to join a rapidly scaling SaaS organisation on a contract basis with a preferred background in startups or scale-ups and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and enjoys blending hands-on product configuration with stakeholder-facing delivery.
you'll take full ownership of customer deployments, acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding & deployment projects
Configure workflows, build bespoke use cases, and map customer processes into the platform
Deliver value-focused demos and guide customers through best practices
Work closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec & IT
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to relay customer insights and influence roadmap priorities
Drive project timelines, manage expectations, and ensure smooth, successful launches
Build strong relationships across customer organisations, from analysts to C-suite
About You
Strong background in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting
Experience in startups or scale-ups and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Confident in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills
Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on configuration
Highly organised, structured, and calm under pressure
Technically curious - comfortable learning new systems, workflows, and integrations
Able to work onsite in London 3 days per week
