Role:

We re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-million-pound smart building projects (£5m+). You ll oversee complex programmes spanning ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS, IoT, and MSI services, driving operational excellence while mentoring a team of Project Managers.

This role blends technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With the support of a PMO, you ll focus on strategic oversight, client satisfaction, and seamless project execution.

What you ll do:

• Lead high-value, multi-technology projects across London.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and risk management.
• Champion health, safety, and compliance across all sites.
• Build strong client relationships and act as senior escalation point.
• Leverage platforms like Monday. com and ExchangeIQ to drive efficiency and data-driven insights.

What we re looking for:

• Proven track record delivering £5m+ multi-technology projects.
• Background running construction projects
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of ICT, security, AV, BMS, IoT, and smart building systems.
• Commercial and financial expertise with strong contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
