This year, we're recruiting into our Service Desk team, which plays a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly and supporting colleagues across the organisation. You'll join a supportive trainee cohort, starting together and learning alongside experienced professionals. What you can expect From day one, you'll be immersed in a dynamic learning environment designed to set you up for success. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT queries, supporting colleagues across the business. You'll use industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow to log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring a seamless IT support experience Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll:

Application Process If your application is shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an online assessment designed to measure your potential for success, such as your ability to learn and solve problems. Should you be successful - you'll move on to a short telephone interview, and the final stage will be an in-person assessment centre, where you'll participate in a variety of activities, including a group exercise, a role-specific task, and a skills-based interview. This will take place on Friday 27th February at our Head office in Stratford Upon Avon.
