Description:	IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Team Leader - Windows, M365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, ITIL Xpertise have an urgent requirement to start immediately for an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Team Leader - Windows, M365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, ITIL Candidates will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience as an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Manager/Team Leader Hands-on experience - getting your handy Proven experience of 1st line and 2nd line support Proven experience leading teams of 1st line engineers Proven experience of Windows platforms Proven experience of M365 Proven experience of Azure and Intune Proven experience of Active Directory and Entra ID ITIL experience and/or ITIL accreditation Experience coaching, training, or mentoring team members.
