Salary: 34k - 42k

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading electronics manufacturer as they look to expand their production teams across a number of areas. Operating in industries such as Aerospace, Defence and Medical, our client offers high-quality, high-reliability PCB electronic assembly, manufacturing and custom box-build solutions.

Due to growth across the business, our client is looking for a Test Engineer to join their team. As a Test Engineer you will work closely with the Production & Inspection teams to understand product specifications, run a series of tests to ensure it meets the required standards.

Responsibilities of Test Engineer

• Gather product requirements
• Run quality control on components and final products
• Analyse test results, detect issues and track root causes
• Suggest fixes and improvements

Requirements of Test Engineer

• Previous experience as a Test Engineer within an electronics role
• Hands on experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, incircuit debugger
• QMS knowledge
• Analytical mindset
• Qualification in Electronic Engineering ideal but not essential

Remuneration

• 34k 42k starting salary
• 20 days annual leave + bank holiday + Christmas shut down
• Company pension and sick leave allowance
