Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst - Leeds (3 Days On-Site)Contract £500 - £600/day

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to support a Commercial / Contract Management team for a major client, based in Leeds. You'll work closely with the commercial lead, coordinating contracts, supplier activities, and financial processes across their vendor ecosystem.

Duties of the Technical Business Analyst:

• Maintain the Vendor Contract Calendar, tracking timelines and renewal dates
• Consolidate commercial requirements from product and service teams
• Support Procurement during contract engagement and negotiations, from simple supply contracts to complex licensing agreements
• Manage vendor expenses, working with Product and Finance to forecast budgets and track spend
• Validate invoices and coordinate chargebacks to the relevant lines of business
• Support Third Party Management in delivering vendor management standards and policies
• Analyse spend and supplier data to identify cost reduction opportunities

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a technology role within a multi-national financial institution
• Familiarity with supplier risk management or control functions (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple lines of business
• Ability to present solutions clearly to peers and senior leaders
• Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) tools and cost optimisation
