MS365 Engineer/Co-ordinator - London - FTC

We are seeking a proactive MS365 Power Apps Co-ordinator to support the development, governance, adoption & team education of Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions across the business

London based fixed-term-contract, 6 month role, hybrid working 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and deployment of Power Apps solutions within Microsoft 365
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions
• Manage and support Power Automate workflows and automation initiatives
• Maintain documentation, standards, and governance for Power Platform usage
• Provide user support and guidance for Power Apps and related tools
• Assist with testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of apps and flows
• Monitor usage, performance, and adoption of Power Platform solutions
• Support training and knowledge sharing across team

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or Dataverse
• Understanding of business process automation and workflow design
• The ability to support & educate junior team members
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Good documentation and communication skills
