| Description: | System Test Engineer/QA This role is ideal for a tester with a strong manual foundation who is comfortable operating in a C# .NET engineering environment to support both Legacy and modern automation frameworks. How You'll Make an Impact End-to-End Testing: Write comprehensive test scenarios, prepare test cases, and execute manual tests across system and user-acceptance levels. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare test plans, status reports, and outcome reports to keep all stakeholders informed. Environment Management: Deploy systems for execution and manage test equipment/environments. Strategic Testing: Perform static testing of project requirements and schedule test activities to meet project milestones. Automation Support: Help maintain and grow the client's automation framework for smoke testing, regression suites, and BVT/SIT testing using Selenium, Playwright and Robot Framework. Collaboration: Provide critical feedback to development and project delivery teams to drive continuous improvement. Your Background Proven Manual Testing Experience: Solid background in system, end-to-end, and UAT testing. Certification: ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent). Testing Toolset: Working knowledge of Jira and TestRail. Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for quality and strong fault-finding/diagnostic skills. Methodology: Familiarity with both V-Model and Agile test methodologies. Desired Technical Skills Programming & Frameworks: Experience with C# (.NET), Python, and Robot Framework. Automation Tools: Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, and Appium. Unit Testing: Familiarity with NUnit and an awareness of mutation testing (eg, Pitest). Technical Foundations: SQL experience and working knowledge of networking protocols. Education: Qualifications in Computing, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics are beneficial. | |
