Job Title: IT Support Engineer (3-Month Contract)

We are seeking an IT Support Technician with basic troubleshooting skills to provide technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and experience working with various operating systems and hardware.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices (Routers, Switches, access points, and VPN equipment).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues following set instructions.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of standard software on workstations, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Support users with Windows (all versions), Mac, and other operating systems.
• Effectively manage time to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and operational teams through professional oral and telephone communication.
