| Description: | Product Content Lead Are you a technical content lead, product content specialist, technical writer or customer education specialist who has worked with complex SaaS, technical or regulated content? We are working with a fast-growing, well-invested SaaS company helping organisations build business resilience across information security, data privacy and AI governance. Their global platform is used by more than 65,000 people worldwide and supports customers working through critical security, privacy and compliance challenges. This is a product content ownership role. You will take complex topics across security, privacy, governance, risk and compliance, and turn them into clear, structured guidance that helps customers understand what they need to do, why it matters and how to take action. The Role The platform already supports standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 42001, and the business is moving towards a unified controls model. You will play a key role in shaping how standards, frameworks and workflows are broken down, mapped and explained inside the product.
