- Solid experience building full-stack JavaScript applications, with good working knowledge of Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB/Mongoose.
- Comfortable working within an existing codebase and contributing across both frontend and backend components.
- Experience building and maintaining features in systems with real production constraints, including integrations, background jobs, and evolving workflows.
- Interest in applying AI and automation in product environments, ideally with some hands-on experience integrating LLMs or similar tools.
Responsibilities: - Contribute to the ongoing development of BookMaker, StoryTerraces core platform for creating client books, and support its evolution to accommodate new product capabilities and production requirements.
- Maintain a robust, reliable production system by writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving existing functionality.
- Build and improve product features that streamline and scale the content production process, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Develop AI-assisted content creation capabilities and improve the consistency, structure, and reliability of outputs to meet internal quality standards.
- Work across the stack to design and implement end-to-end solutions, spanning backend services, APIs, and frontend user experiences.
- Enhance the usability and accessibility of the platform, enabling more efficient workflows across different and new devices or use cases.
