Sitting within the Digital Solutions team, the Technical Operations Analyst makes sure the technology that underpins the movement works as it should. You ll be the day-to-day operator of the Microsoft tech stack, the first port of call for staff and volunteer tech queries, and the bridge between Scripture Union and its third-party technology partners. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grounding in the Microsoft tech stack, a calm and methodical approach to problem solving, and the patience to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.
