We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a leading marketing company with global reach. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated marketer who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing their work make a real impact.

You'll play a key role across digital campaigns, content creation, and online engagement, helping shape how the brand connects with its audiences.

The Role

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning, creation, and delivery of digital campaigns across email, web, and social media
  • Contribute fresh ideas to engage and grow audiences
  • Help coordinate and schedule multi-channel campaign activity

Email Marketing

  • Write engaging email copy and support campaign design
  • Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions

Content & Copywriting

  • Create clear, compelling copy for emails, websites, social media, and marketing materials
  • Support website content updates and maintenance
  • Assist with digital asset creation using tools such as Adobe InDesign
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice and branding

Website, SEO & Analytics

  • Help keep website content up to date and effective
  • Support keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Assist with tracking and reporting campaign performance using analytics tools

Social Media

  • Create, schedule, and manage social content
  • Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, IT, and client-facing teams
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when needed
  • Provide general project support to ensure smooth campaign delivery

The Candidate

  • Creative and passionate about digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience in digital marketing or a marketing-related degree
  • Confident using tools such as HubSpot, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms (ideally WordPress), and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and full of ideas
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
