Senior Business Analyst

A leading global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a major upcoming programme, working across multiple business functions to define requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of strategic change initiatives.

Description

• Enterprise wide ERP AND HCM implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the technology team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Support testing phases by validating that solutions meet documented requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout all project phases.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

• SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana experience preferable.
• Experience in HCM or ERP implementations.
• Proven experience in business analysis within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of technology systems and their application in business settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear solutions.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including process maps and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience working within Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
