| Description: | ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting Technical Consultant Location: Fully Remote (EMEA Timezone) Contract: Long-Term Contract Industry: MedTech We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting Technical Consultant to support a global MedTech client on a long-term remote engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, KPI reports and scorecards Build and enhance ServiceNow Platform Analytics solutions Develop reporting frameworks and predictive analytics capabilities Analyse operational data and provide actionable business insights Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions Produce and maintain technical documentation and user guides Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technical teams Required Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience Strong ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Reporting expertise Experience with Analytics Workspace and dashboard development Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience delivering KPI frameworks and executive reporting Preferred: Experience with Predictive Analytics or Predictive Intelligence Experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environments This is a fully remote long-term contract working within EMEA business hours. | |
