Inside IR35 IGA Engineer required to join a UK Brand in Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Omada workflows, roles, policies, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.
- Integrate Omada with HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and business applications.
- Design and manage role-based access models, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Support access requests, approvals, recertifications, and audit compliance.
- Automate identity life cycle management, reconciliation, and governance controls.
- Provide platform support, testing, deployments, monitoring, and incident management.
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver IGA solutions.
Key Skills
- Strong experience with Omada Identity Suite/Cloud and other IGA platforms (eg SailPoint, Saviynt).
- Expertise in IAM/IGA concepts including RBAC, ABAC, JML, and access certification.
- Experience integrating with APIs, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of governance, audit, and compliance requirements within regulated environments (CNI, utilities, financial services).
- Understanding of NIS regulations, NCSC CAF principles, and security best practices.
Open to candidates across the UK who can be onsite in Warwick 50% of the time, the ideal candidate would be located in: Birmingham, Herefordshire, Stratford upon Avon, Coventry, Northampton. |
