| Description: | Junior AI Solutions Architect In 1914, Ernest Shackleton placed an advertisement seeking men for his Antarctic expedition: "For hazardous journey into uncharted territory. Small wages. Long hours navigating complexity." Thousands responded. Today we seek a different kind of pioneer: one who can listen to where a client wants to go, draw the map that gets them there, and keep the expedition on course. At We Are Pioneers, we don't just implement AI; we define what's possible for marketing agencies and brands. Our engineers build solutions that didn't exist yesterday, using Claude Code, custom agents, and live LLM deployments. But breakthroughs only matter if they solve the right problem, and someone has to translate ambition into a solution a business can actually use. That's where you come in. The roleYou'll sit at the interface between our clients and our engineers: understanding what a client actually needs (which is rarely what they first ask for), shaping that into business-outcome-focused solution designs, then project managing the work so it lands on time, in scope, and beyond expectation. Your time will split deliberately:
This is a junior role in title, not in ambition. We're not expecting a decade of delivery scars. We're expecting sharpness, structure, and a hunger to learn fast in territory where the maps are still being drawn. You'll work from our London office 3 days per week, collaborating directly with the founder. What we're looking for
We mean this literally. The strongest applicants can point to things they've actually done, such as: an automation connecting an LLM to other tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or an API integration); an agent or multi-step workflow that completes a task end to end; a tool powered by an AI API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar); a custom GPT or Claude Project a team relies on; or something shipped with Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit, even without a formal coding background. If your honest answer to "what's the most advanced thing you've built with AI?" excites you, you're our kind of person. If it's "I use it to tidy up my writing," this probably isn't the role. ExperienceWe care more about aptitude and evidence of doing than years on a CV. Ideally you'll bring:
This role is not for everyone. Engineers will be deep in problems no one has solved before, clients will want certainty where there isn't any yet, and you'll be the one holding the thread between them. You'll work hard and be stretched. If you're the right person, that's the reason you're reading this. How to applyApply through Reed with your CV and a cover letter that includes:
