ServiceNow ITSM Solution Architect (Contract / Permanent)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define solution architecture, drive best practices, and deliver scalable ITSM implementations that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead solution architecture across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs.
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the project life cycle.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead workshops, solution reviews and design sessions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live activities and post-implementation improvements.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a strong focus on ITSM.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture and best practices.
• Experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management and Service Catalogue.
• Knowledge of integrations, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
