£150,000 per annum (+benefits +bonus)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within the Wealth and Private Banking business. This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in Financial Services transformation. The successful candidate will be accountable for the programme's business case and resourcing strategy while effectively managing complex technology delivery partnerships. Whilst also joining our internal practice and providing strategic guidance as well as growth within our wealth management accounts.

The Programme Director will oversee key aspects of the Programme, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. You will also be a crucial member of our internal practice and work to support delivery and growth within our wealth management acccounts.

  • Ownership and development of the programme business case.

  • Identification of programme resourcing needs.

  • Overall responsibility for resourcing the programme.

  • Management of ExCo-level stakeholders.

  • Leadership of large-scale migrations.

  • Management of third-party technology delivery partners.

Key Requirements

  • Proven leader in Financial Services transformation.

  • Asset Management and/or Wealth Management experience and domain knowledge.

  • Experience managing ExCo-level stakeholders.

  • Experience managing third-party technology delivery partners.

  • Experience leading large-scale migrations.

  • Experience with mature, Embedded agile methodologies.

  • Avaloq platform experience.
