Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our successful South Wales team.

Recruitment experience is welcomed, but we're also keen to hear from high-performing B2B sales professionals, Account Managers and Client Development Specialists looking to move into recruitment and talent solutions.

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across South Wales.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across commercial and industrial sectors.
• Identify client requirements and develop tailored recruitment and talent solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to order.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Represent Acorn by Synergie within the local business community.
• Meet clients face-to-face and network to develop new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to deliver excellent client and candidate outcomes.

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Previous recruitment experience or strong B2B sales experience, ideally selling a service.
• Confident, personable approach with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment and talent solutions.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
