We are currently working with a successful software business based in the heart of Bracknell. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.

Top earners in this team are earning in excess of £90k

Role Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

• Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media from LinkedIn to telephone.
• Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
• Pitching the software through online demos and over the telephone
• Ensure that KPI s and targets are met and exceeded.
• Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice.

Skills and Experience required as a Business Development Manager:

• B2B sales experience is essential
• Self-motivated and resilient individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to plan and prioritise as required
• Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
