Salary: 35,000 Basic + 15,000 Guaranteed Bonus (paid over first 6 months) + Uncapped Commission

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Close Deals: Run engaging online product demonstrations for prospects.
• Build Networks: Connect with accountants and referral partners to build a steady stream of new business.
• Self-Generate: Find new leads and create fresh opportunities through daily outreach.
• Manage Pipeline: Keep your sales pipeline accurate, organized, and moving forward.
• Hit Targets: Aim for 21 contract sales and 170k in monthly growth revenue.

What You Bring to the Team

• B2B Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales environment.
• Closing Skills: At least 1 year of experience closing deals directly via online product demonstrations.
• Consultative Style: Ability to sell based on value rather than just pitching a price.
• Great Communicator: Comfortable presenting to Business Owners, Directors, and Finance Managers.
