We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Information Systems Analyst to join our ICT team. This is a hybrid role, combining home and office working, where you'll provide application support, investigate and resolve system issues, and work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure our business systems remain reliable, effective and meet organisational needs. You'll also support system enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital services. Experience of using and supporting the Aareon ActiveH housing management system is essential for this role, alongside strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
