Data Analyst

What You Will Be Doing

• Collecting, cleaning and analysing data from a range of systems and sources.

• Building clear reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance.

• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicating them to stakeholders.

• Working with colleagues across the organisation to answer business questions with data.

• Maintaining data quality, accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Supporting forecasting, planning and performance monitoring activity.

• Presenting findings to managers in a clear, jargon-free way.

About You

• Experience in a data analysis or similar analytical role.

• Strong skills in Excel and at least one tool such as SQL, Power BI or Python.

• Excellent attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

• The ability to explain analysis simply to non-technical colleagues.

• Confidence managing multiple requests and prioritising sensibly.

• Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
