What we re looking for:

• Extensive experience across Applied AI / ML / MLOps, with a track record of shipping to production

• You ve built eval frameworks from scratch, ideally for non-deterministic outputs and used them to make real product decisions

• Strong Python and experience running production AI systems at scale (latency, cost and reliability matter to you)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering or agentic workflows

• Startup mindset: hands-on, product-focused and comfortable owning problems with no playbook

What s on offer:

• £120k - £180k base (DOE) + meaningful equity

• Founding-level ownership and a real say in technical direction

• 1 day a fortnight in London

• Greenfield AI engineering challenges on frontier models

• Direct collaboration with the founders
