| Description: | Application Support Analyst Location: Barnstaple, Devon Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum + Overtime Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / rotating weekly 7am - 4pm Plus occasional Saturday working - paid at Overtime rate. Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst with a background in ERP or business systems support? We are working with an established, multi-site organisation looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst to join its IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, investigating system issues and supporting the business-critical applications that keep an organisation running effectively. This is a hands-on, second-line support role, with a particular focus on ERP systems administration, application troubleshooting and user support. The Role Working as part of the wider IT function, you will act as the next point of escalation for application-related incidents and service requests, supporting users across a range of business systems. You will take responsibility for investigating issues, administering system access and permissions, maintaining configurations and ensuring applications remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
