Requirements:
  • A strong background in banking or financial services, particularly in dealing services.
  • Experience in trading, capital markets, or wealth management is highly desirable.
  • Proven strategic ownership of complex products or services, focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify or visualize complex topics effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering products aligned with business strategy and performance targets.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and other related analysis tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively present and explain information, establish rapport, and promote understanding and consensus.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, executing product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision and refine strategic direction.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and shape product development.
  • Create clear product documentation and communications, including marketing briefs, feature descriptions, and development updates.
