Join a leading South East law firm, as a Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's significant IT transformation programme, aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and client experiences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions, ensuring the alignment of IT services with business strategies.

Day-to-day duties of the role:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to document business needs.
• Data Analysis: Analyse business data to identify trends and insights that aid decision-making.
• Solution Design: Evaluate and recommend solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with security standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers to design and implement technical solutions.
• Deployment Support: Assist in software deployment and prepare necessary documentation.
• Architecture Management: Maintain the IT systems architecture repository.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of legal CMS and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of agile software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Practice and Document Management Systems and other legal applications.
• Proficient in SQL data query and development.
• Knowledge of business process modelling notation (BPMN).
• BCS certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent IT applications skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to translate technical terms into plain English and strong communication skills.
