| Description: | Are you the go-to person for problem solving, when a system isn't quite working as it should? Our multi-site Manufacturing & Logistics Systems run on business critical platforms such as ERP, WMS, and Labelling and Transport systems. We don't need you to have an IT background. If you are experienced in a Warehousing, Production or Supply Chain environment, this role could be for you. This role is based primarily at our Telford site (TF3 3AB). Initially, you'll be based fully onsite to build relationships with operational colleagues and develop a true understanding of how the business works. Hybrid working is available thereafter. Travel to other sites will be required and company expensed. About the Role No two days are the same here at Northwood, but here's a snapshot of what you will be involved in:
You'll help our operational colleagues get the most from these systems, reinforcing their understanding of systems and their behaviours, and how to use them correctly. When we launch a new system or change, you'll play an integral role in making sure this lands properly on the shopfloor, as well as the configuration. Benefits
