Are you an experienced Data Architect looking to shape the future of enterprise data platforms?

We're working with a leading global organisation that is investing heavily in cloud, data and AI transformation. As part of this growth, they're looking for a Senior Data Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning and AI solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, influencing data strategy and architecture while working with some of the latest cloud technologies.

The Role

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for designing scalable, secure and high-performing data platforms across cloud environments. You'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and business leaders to define architecture, establish best practices and deliver modern data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
  • Define data architecture strategies, standards and governance.
  • Deliver modern data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, AWS and GCP.
  • Enable advanced analytics, AI and machine learning capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering, data and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for professionals with experience in:

  • Enterprise Data Architecture.
  • Databricks.
  • Snowflake.
  • AWS and/or GCP.
  • Designing modern cloud data platforms.
  • Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Lakehouse architectures.
  • Data governance, security and architecture best practices.
  • AI, Machine Learning or Data Science platforms (highly desirable).
  • Banking, Financial Services or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
