| Description: | We put wellbeing first by giving our teams more time to recharge Job Title: IT Instructor About the Role Are you passionate about IT and want to use your skills to inspire young people? At Norton College, we're looking for an IT Instructor to lead engaging and accessible digital learning for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). You'll deliver IT from Entry Level 1 through to BTEC and GCSE, adapting learning around individual abilities and helping students develop practical digital skills, confidence and greater independence. You'll also have the opportunity to shape and develop the IT curriculum, bringing your own ideas and creativity into the classroom. You don't need QTS or a degree to apply. What we're looking for is an ICT related qualification, strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage and motivate young people. What You'll Be Doing • Deliver engaging and differentiated IT learning across Entry Level, BTEC and GCSE qualifications. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong ICT knowledge with the patience, creativity and resilience needed to inspire young people who may have experienced barriers to learning.
