Location: East Sussex (Field-based)

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic (DOE) + car allowance + commission

An exciting opportunity has opened with a high-growth and highly regarded client looking to add a Business Development Manager to their regional team. The business has built a fantastic reputation in the market and is known for investing heavily in training, development, and long-term career progression.

This role will focus on developing partnerships across hospitality and leisure venues throughout East Sussex. It would suit someone with a strong sales background, particularly if you've previously worked within hospitality, leisure, or a related industry and understand the sector.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in driving regional growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence within the hospitality and leisure market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
  • Build lasting relationships with hospitality and leisure venue operators
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Represent the business professionally within the local market

About You

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development
  • Hospitality or leisure industry experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, proactive, and commercially focused
  • Full UK driving licence
